The "IterBio" traditional meal proposal must be presented on a special card with the highlighted mark. It is not mandatory to present a tasting menu, but it is recommended to do so. For the traditional IterBio complete meal proposal, adequate information must be provided to the consumer on the typical characteristics of the dishes, recipes, products, preparation methods and the link to the territory. The products used for the preparation of "IterBio" dishes must be predominantly organic, fresh, of local origin and their origin must be guaranteed.
